Parcel Shipping

Standard delivery aims to deliver your orders in the fastest time possible. Delivery time may vary from 1-10 days within US mainland, and 1-15 days for outside the US mainland. Standard delivery operates 7 days a week from 8 AM to 4 PM excluding selected holidays.

Please provide a full address including any special instructions. We ship through various leading courier services and as soon as we dispatched your orders, we will send you the tracking number in which you can use to track your orders.

Shipping Rates

The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order’s total weight, will determine your shipping rates. Shipping charges aren’t refundable. Free parcel shipping is available on orders with a valid Free Shipping Coupon.

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

Delivery Method

Shipping times start once the order has been processed and shipped. For example, a back-ordered item purchased with two-day shipping may take one week to process and then two business days to reach your home.

  • We will use a courier service to deliver products to customers.
  • The date of delivery listed on the order confirmation is the estimated date of delivery as is reasonably estimated by us.
  • We will be deemed to have delivered the product(s) to you when we deliver them to the address you gave us when placing the order.
  • After the product(s) has been delivered, we will notify you via email to advise that the products have been successfully delivered to the address you gave us.
  • The delivery of your newly purchased products will take place between Monday to Sunday within normal business hours.
  • Our carrier will contact you via phone call/SMS upon delivery.
  • For your protection, a signature is required for delivery.  The shipment will be handed to any person at the delivery address for signature.
  • We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted.

  • Your order will be delivered once processed and confirmed by our system.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your order details.

To Receive Free Shipping

We currently give FREE Shipping Coupons for selected items placed within the United States mainland with a valid Free Shipping Coupon minimum $0 purchase, and for the items who are exempted on the FREE Shipping, the standard shipping charge is $5.99 plus additional $1 per lbs.

To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must have a free shipping coupon any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added

Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If you order arrives with damage, please contact [email protected] so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

Return Policy

These are J3Buy Return Policies. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • All product returns requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • All product returns requires a Return Label that will be provided by J3Buy.
  • You can request an RMA number by using one of the following links:
  • Most products that are new and unopened can be returned to J3Buy within 30 days.
  • Products that are received by J3Buy in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
    • Any product not purchased from J3Buy.
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
    • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage. This is would not be considered a return.
    • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
    • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
    • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.

Individual Return Policies

Standard Return Policy

For items covered by this policy (those products for which J3Buy states “This item is covered by J3Buy’s Replacement Only Return Policy”), you must request a return for replacement within 30 days from the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

Manufacturer Only Return Policy

This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which J3Buy states “This item is covered by J3Buy’s Manufacturer Only Return Policy”) cannot be returned to J3Buy. These items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
